The Exclusive Services that we provide are very much geared towards a specific group or population.

ADHD Coordination Strength and Conditioning

Is your child hyperactive and struggling to concentrate, or maybe even disorganized and unfocused? We have different fitness and sport related activities that will help. We have different fun activities that will keep your child focused and help them get fit. These activities will help enforce their listening skills, build confidence, and become more independent by holding them accountable to do things on their own. Most fitness or aerobic exercises have positive effects that will help your child burn excess energy. Some types of activity, however, may improve mental concentration better than other activities, so we will create a plan that not only works on their brain but also works on their body.

Family Fitness

This class is for the whole family. Everyone will get fit together by working together and encouraging one another. These sessions are fun, energizing, and beneficial. These sessions help with maintaining a healthy weight, reducing stress, getting stronger and lowering the risks of heart disease and other serious conditions.  

All Sports Kids Classes

Run Faster Jump Higher and Get Stronger

This class is for anyone who is trying to increase their speed and agility, their vertical and their strength. These sessions will include all aspects of speed development, such as sprint mechanics, deceleration, acceleration, and change of direction techniques. Additionally they will include a variety of body weight exercises, plyometric workouts and more that will help to significantly increase athletes jumping ability.  Unilateral and bilateral power output are also key aspects of increasing vertical jump, as well as hip drive and  ground reaction force. These sessions will also include strength and power development Everything we use to develop strength is  age appropriate or is catered to the ability of the child.

Adult Fun and Fitness Class

This is a 45 minute low impact cardiovascular class for our adult and senior population. This class will increase bone density, improve your balance and strengthen your core. Easy to follow moves and fun music will get you moving and your heart rate elevated. Who said getting in shape has to be boring. We make it fun and challenging and before you know it, it's over. We stay creative with our workouts to make it fun .

All Sports classes offer fundamental instruction in the sports of basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, football, hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, tennis, cricket, badminton, football, ultimate frisbee, kickball, and track. We take students through the proper techniques of running, dribbling, shooting, throwing, hitting, catching, passing and kicking. Students receive a well-rounded introduction to the wonderful world of team sports. They develop motor skills and build confidence in a fun and nurturing learning environment. We use age-appropriate developmental strategies focusing on introductory skills, drills, and fun challenges in an entertaining environment. The curriculum focuses on teaching and playing a variety of sports, and fitness and coordination drills. These classes also encourage young athletes to develop motor skills, gain self-confidence and discover the enjoyment of sports.
